Then we found English gem Florrie Mitton. Her garters are made from natural fabrics with honest to goodness vintage details- swiss dot mesh and ivory silk ribbon. They’re like something straight out of Vogue in the 30s. Our fabulous buyer (a happy young wife for three years now) said of this young designer: “I’d get married again if only so I could wear a Florrie Mitton garter.” Now that’s love.
